If walls could talk, what would they say? The homes that pass through our ownership all have a story and no two are alike. We brainstorm, design, repair, renovate, & inspire.  The planning and quality of our renovations truly make each house a home once again. Our team’s background includes a degree of Architecture from UW-Milwaukee, plus licensed subcontractors in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Foundation work. Our team has participated in designs which have earned awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society of America, Milwaukee Journal, Sentinel, Mayor’s Design Award, UW-Milwaukee’s Top 40 Alumni, and an appearance in Architectural Record Magazine.
